You call Delaware because the company doesn't want you to have an accurate count of the O/S and float which changes often with the RME games. Management has illustrated quite clearly they use the A/S, hence the need to raise it constantly.
Last year around this time I believe it was only about 50 million, so don't even try to argue they haven't turned dilution into an art. Besides, the company specializes in selling stock, not sponges. If all the revenues came from sponges, do you have any idea of how impossible it would be to turn around and not see one?
I don't even think the Rubik's Cube sold as much as SPNG claims they are doing.
