What many people don't understand, is that they are getting diluted as well as reversed. This is no different than if they didn't R/S, raised the A/S to 90 billion, and issued all of those shares. Your new share of SPNG will be about 1/45th of what it is now. Many people, including myself, have never seen dilution to this extreme in their lives.
