The only positives that were expressed was that the industry is moving forward with bar code adoption and Neom is in a better position to capitalize on this opportunity.
Unfortunately, the industry does not seem to be in any rush to license our technology for whatever reason (perhaps because of the ongoing Scanbuy litigation and the European patents now being challenged).
And, if they anticipated that we would be ready to stand on our own two feet in the near future, wouldn't they have a different outlook on the scheduling of a shareholder meeting...instead of the dismal outlook that it would be a poor use of funds.
While I wish there would be a more positive outlook, I just don't see it in the cards for at least the next 6 months. And so we continue to wait patiently for Ian's business plan to deliver results, while YA benefits at our expense.
It appears from your recent posts that your confidence has deteriorated as well. I was actually hoping your prior positive outlook would come to fruition. . .for all of our benefit!
Let's hope something good happens at the Scanbuy Markman hearing in October...although not probable, an injunction against Scanbuy could indeed be game-changing and make us truly fly!
