ninja et al. HOME FROM THE BIG DAY IN COURT. The entire proceedings took about 35 seconds.
All that happened was that AN attorney asked for 7 days to have a settlement meeting, which the judge granted.
Being 1/2 deaf I really couldn't hear very well so followed the attorney out of the court room to inquire if, in fact,. it was for our case.
As it turned out, it was our case & and it was our attorney requesting the 7 days.
DR was not in attendence.
The firm representing us is Golan & Christie LLP, 70 W. Madison, Chicago Il 60602. We were represented by Caren Lederer, who gave me her card after I introduced myself as a shareholder.
Basically she said If no settlement is achieved then a trial will result.
