trad: You are taking a myopic view of the situation for sure. Getting beyond the trees, you will find a forrest full of institutional investors, mutual funds, analysts, etc. Big money, on the sidelines waiting for spng to get on the Nasdaq to buy into a growth company in a recession. We're breaking sales/profit records, during the worst year since the Great Depression.

And spng has only 7 products on the market. There are 40 more from Dicon, and medical sponges, kitchen, bath, the continued roll out of spongeBob bath, all the kids sponges. Est. to be 100 products on mkt. by 2011. All the reorders from retailers. To be in 100,000 retailers by years end. The 10Q coming out 10/15/09 with 70m sales, maybe 20m profit. 2010 FY 300m rev. and $50-70m profits.

And to you think for 1 minute that after the Nasdaq listing that there will be enough O/S to accommodate the damand -- No. So, there will likely be some kind of forward split or stk. div. or something so that institutions will have enough to buy.

And what happens after all this buying demand -- the pps goes up dramatically. You complain and don't see the bit picture. JMO

That trad is the big picture.
