That indictment is old news there was a suspension but the stock is on the boards now and Ill point out with all of the indictments its been steady in the worst possible market atmosphere. As I stated before its Present price I feel is a reflection of the September slump. so far the only thing the indictment has done is to serve as a platform for PTRZ to lead the way in the fight to have those archaic laws changed (But you didn't tell that part of the story.) so that free trade can truly come back to the market place.
Your right its important to tell the whole story but its also important to keep it in perspective. The company has made some huge strides this year alone, but because the paper work hasn't caught up with our desire for economic salvation an atmosphere of panic is easily created.The first step is getting the properly registered certificates then the business at hand has to be Completed fully,to determine the companies true value then we will see the information we desire in full.
At present the projections are factored by many web sights like this one you can get a profile on any stock or company just by typing in their trading symbol. I use Morning star , Market watch and NASDAQ. Some of them are free some you have to pay for.
When you research the symbol click on the charts and you should see numbers in the right hand corner of the chart those numbers represent days , months, years, They will give you projected rises and falls in values based on present listing price and projected against the time frame requested.but you must keep in mind the company hasn't even hit the one year mark on the sheets yet, so not all sights will have it listed until you make the request.
