Excellent Wadi, this is exactly the point I've been trying to make but didn't have any empirical evidence.

Chronologically:

1. Filing split and AS reduction
2. AS reduced reflected by Delaware SOS
3. Filing "the split" amended from 250 to 100
4. Released filing

OS capped at 9.65mm post split.
