IMHO, there are three ways that QQQQ makes it to 41.35 . . .

1 - the Beige Book releases some "awesomely good" information that drives the Bulls

2 - the Beige Book releases ambiguous information that Smart-Money uses to bring the market higher and hit Long-Stops before bringer her Down

3 - the Beige Book releases totally expected data and the low-Volume is used to drift higher .. but not on Strength

Now, if "bad data" comes out . . she'll go Down hard.
Maybe the Market has been lifted today already because Smart-Money has been Selling Short.

The uncertainty is keeping me out of the Market today.
I like days of Rest sometimes . . . no pressure / no stress.
