Of course, their reluctance to sell is tell enough that an enormous amount of shares are safe going through the RS. But, their buying is the true indicator that this RS will ultimately either A) not happen or B) be very healthy for SPNG.

Either way, the millions spent show us that Spongetech IS NOT DILUTED AS HAS BEEN PRESENTED AFTER THE CONFUSING AS ANNOUNCEMENT.

No company would spend millions upon millions on diluted shares, not even our own!
