Are you guys able to purchase at the bid price. I am very new to this. This is the first subpenny stock I bought.

I seem to be buying at 0.0004 (ask) when the quote is at 0.0003. I am using zecco if that is any difference. If I set the limit to the 3's it never gets excuted.
