I don't think its Chin's fault either...I just think the process to get to the OTC from being designated grey is something that he may not ever get. I do wonder if he ever regrets not selling off DBYC last year when the offer came in last September.

Do you know why Chin hasn't tried getting this trading again on the pink sheets rather than the OTC board? Was that not a viable option after the SEC suspended it and was sent to the grey's?
