Byron, OK, I'll agree with you that 1:100 was to make sure they didn't have to go back to the well.

HOWEVER, would a side benefit be that SPNG's split-adjusted price at 1:100 has been above $4 for nearly 4 months? Does this count toward the price requirement for Nasdaq?
