Hotdog- The document you found is the State of Nevada amendment to authorized shares that a public comapny doing business in Nevada is required to file when they change the total of outstanding shres. The fee the State charges to file this amendment is $500. Apparently the check issued by fmnj bounced causing the $500 to be returned and an additional $25 fee for a bounced check was charged. This is obviously a bad bookkeeping error and indicates the company's resources are thinner than Trustunits welfare checks and Truehearts compassion for the Truststers hope to get rich. The solution to rectify the error for fmnj is simple: Sell 5 million shares out of Treasury and it has the 500 bucks needed to file the amendment. BTW I hear the boyminers are seeking a public option for their health care to pay for the STD protection from the coochie coochies and the llama flu currently sweeping the area. Look for some comment tonite from the President since the antimony reserves here are perilously thin due to demand for the Volt.
