LOS ANGELES, CA, Feb 22 (MARKET WIRE) --
CoMedia Corporation's (PINKSHEETS: CMTN) affiliated company, World Soccer
Society Inc ("WSS"), is near completion of assembling an international group
of Soccer lumniaries to serve as advisors to the company. The advisors include
hall of fame players, coaches, and individuals from the international world
of soccer.

The World Soccer Society is based on the business model developed by CMTN in
conjuction with American Football Alumni Inc. for its social network site
www.11on11.com and its Developmental Football League player showcasing
activities.

WSS is launching its own online "social network" community. This network
will
consist of millions of players and has the potential to become not only an
international organization with a common interest, but a highly successful
business enterprise. www.worldsoccersociety.com will focus on soccer
players at all levels from around the world. Our established group of advisors
provides guidance to understand the broad scope of the game and what it means
to players and fans in the U.S. and the rest of the soccer-playing world. The
WSS board of advisors is chaired by Clive Toye and includes Michelle Akers,
Lynn Berling-Manuel, Stephen H. Baumann, Dick Howard, Gordon Jago, Bob
Lenarduzzi, Alan Merrick, Shep Messing, Ron Newman, Werner Roth, Jim E.
Trecker, David Vaudreuil, and Eric Wynalda.

Some of our board members activities have included:

Clive Toye is Senior Consultant for the governing body for soccer in North
America, Central America and the Caribbean and has been in the game for 40
years. He was President, New York Cosmos, and signed Pele and Franz
Beckenbauer. Toye was also President and Chairman of the American Professional
Soccer League.

Michelle Akers was a leading American Soccer player and played on the
historic 1999 Women's World Cup victory by the U.S. She is a member of the
National Soccer Hall of Fame and one of the most recognized soccer players in
the
world. In 1999 Akers was deemed the CONCACAF Player of the Century. In 2000,
Akers
was FIFA's Player of the Century and voted Best Female Player Ever.

Lynn Berling-Manuel is Chief Marketing Officer of the American Youth
SoccerOrganization (AYSO). AYSO is a national single-entity youth soccer
organization
of almost 700,000 registered players. She is a board member of National Soccer
Coaches Association of America and the National Soccer Hall of Fame.

Stephen H. Baumann is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the
National Soccer Hall of Fame and Museum.

Dick Howard, a Canadian Soccer Hall of Fame inductee, was appointed by
CONCACAF and FIFA to represent them in projects around the world and
implemented 50 soccer projects in 30 countries.

David Vaudreuil played fourteen years of professional soccer
internationally.
He played throughout Europe, Latin America, Hong Kong and Japan. David is
presently building a European style football club for Hollywood United
Football Club. Hollywood United has raised over $100,000 for the wildfire
victims
in Los Angeles with David Beckham and the Los Angeles Galaxy. For Club Chivas
USA, David oversaw all aspects of 16,000 children in recreational soccer
programs.

Eric Wynalda made his US Men's National Team debut in 1990. He went on to
earn the U.S. 1990 FIFA World Cup squad. Eric holds the team scoring
recordof 34 goals. Besides playing in three World Cups, Wynalda also played the
CONCACAF Gold Cup and the Copa America. Eric was the 1996 MLS Scoring Champion
with 33 points. Eric has worked as the color commentator for ABC/ESPN for
Major League Soccer.

Mr. Robert Bell, who serves as its Executive Director of WSS along with
hisduties as Chairman of CoMedia Corporation, stated, "WSS is bringing
