In that case as your example the A/S is 900,000,000 shares as said in the SEC filing after the split.
It also stands to reason after the split that there is
40,000,000 shares prefered and 25,000,000 shares of B stock after the SEC filing These do not get split as this is STATED in the amendment also.
So after the split it still stands at ? O/S number ? 5,000,000 But the prefered still stands at 40 million and B stock shares still stand at 25 million as stated in the amendment.
Therefore each prefered shared can be sold at common stock value of $20.00 or 800 million and B stock also if they wish at 500 million.
Read the SEC filing words carefully!!!
They talk of Share value split before the amendment not after the amendment. I am a lawyer and this could mean EXACTLY what they have printed. Delibrately!!
