All I am saying is It is in the amendment that they are getting these shares. This was not said before the amendment.

And that means they have an option to sell all those shares at the price after split. At common stock value!

If they issued the shares before the amendment it would be split as well. That I understand. Why have this IN THE AMENDMENT??
