The month to month funding: Could it be this simple? Could it have been staring us in the face for the last 6 months? I realize what I am about to say may be a bit risky given the cc and the emotional outpouring that has been taking place since...however, I need to throw this out there:

The questions:
1) Why change to month to month funding?
2) Why would "YA" be the one to request this change?
3) Why was the June funding stated to be at YA's option? (That always had me thinking)

What we know:
1) The amount of this funding has been declining steadily on a monthly basis.
(That is "all" we know...other than the fact that we know "very little.")

The answer:
If you were supplying another country with arms because it benefited your country if they won their war, the one thing you would likely avoid is arming them with weapons they could use to harm "you" should your relationship ever turn.

Neom's self proclaimed mission for the last 3 years has been to develop and deploy infrastructure. Now that this has supposedly been accomplished (although we can be certain it is an ongoing process for now), and Neom is in a position to license its IP, and the industry is accelerating...if YA were to issue a $4M check up front back in January and Neom began closing deals, they could use YA's own funding to buy back their debt!

Of course the other reason of YA saving funds which they can use to invest in other companies in this space still holds. However, in my book the above paragraph holds water.

Could it really be that simple? If we were to take this premise and listen to the cc again, we may internalize the cc a bit differently.

Best,
BC
