Correction, to edit my last post in reference to the share buy back, some of the free trading shares could be held by insiders who hold shares that are non restricted. These shares in fact would count as free trading shares.

We do not currently have all the information of the share structure in regards to who holds what. We may have shares leaking into the open market from insiders, as funken_a has mentioned as per his conversation with Herzog. If and when the company does an up listing, these unknown details will be out in the open for us to see. The PR says we will be informed on this issue about the buy back soon. We shall see.
