Yup, agree. The controlled selling just shows how real this company is. They actually care about their shareholders. When I talked to Marty Zell last he was very grateful when I told him I was a shareholder. And even at the end of our conversation he took the time to again, thank me for being a shareholder. I think we are in for one hell of a ride very soon.
