THTHF update a friend of mine received from IR......

There are now currently 7,010,503,579 shares outstanding. There's $890,000 left to convert in debentures. If they were to convert today it would amount to an additional 17,995,000,000 shares added to the total outstanding. (Which will put the total at around 25 BILLION outstanding shares)

The negotiations are still ongoing in regards to the $4 million lawsuit filed against them.

Once the debentures are fully converted, the company will consider reverse splitting the stock.
