If your going to do a RS....why wouldnt you just do it ASAP, like announce it, do it....why give a date in the future....
the more i read, the more I think about things....it leads me to wonder....is this a bluff game??? are they trying to put the shorts on notice, give them an opp to cover....who knows....I am begining to think its a bluff game to see if the shorts will pony up....if not, then BLAM...RS happens....
another thing....if SPNG could invest 5 Mill into FUGU...why not work on the home front first...Like use that 5 mill to buy down the shares, offer a divy....but to invest 5 mill into fugu at this time is unreal IMO....

My buyer told me today that with all this money SPNG claims there making, they should be able to use those funds to buy donwn the shares and show that the company believes in its self....to RS is the easy way out at the cost of the holders....
