OK Soapy and Fastfish here you go...... ASFX just released a good PR after close today. Looks very good for a quick pop tomorrow morning. I plan on buying in for a quick 60 to 100% turnover.

I have also been watching SKNY (Skinny Nutritional) for a while now. The volume has been steadily increasing and they seem to be executing a sound business plan. Sales are increasing and the product is actually very good, IMO tastes better than Sobe and Vitamin Water. You can find it at Target in the Upstate New York area. This is more of a medium term play IMO.
