They announced the 3 for 1 split at least 2 months ago and have announced that they have had to delay it at least twice. I expect they are being quite now because they want to wait until they can be more definite about it.
I wonder does it matter if the shares are $.006 or $.002 each. If its not trading at $.006 what would make it trade at $.002.
I posed this question to MENV about a month ago and received no answer.
