That made me think back to when I started teaching in Minnesota. I carried a riding crop in my back pocket. For those that do not know about horses or discipline, it is a reminder stick to show just who is boss. I whipped my first ass during the first week of class. I never had to use it again or raise my voice. Most of my students loved me because I cared enough about them to guide them. We had doctors, teachers, nurses, farmers and football professionals come out of that school. One even served in the diplomatic core. Today I would be arrested and driven out by the fags, loons, perverts, and child molesters that are served by the ACLU. At the college where I used to work they only hire leftists now so there is no real work being done. They work on union goals and how to get paid more and more for less and less production. I got outstanding professor awards by the students because I prepared them for life. Nothing is real now and I can not understand what anyone is trying to say. They say one thing and mean the opposite. I do not see a cure for lefty disease. They have control of the news, the election process and the moral compass of the nation. And I agree with you that neither party sees the people as the boss. That is why we need a big stick. Do you think that if Nancy and Barney were caned by some good Muslim preachers they would see the light? I think the only good politician right now is a dead one. It is too late for the discipline stick.
