yes we spend the most and educate the least and all politicians seem to thnk thatt they have universal support for "education"

the test scores peaked int he 60 and 70's when costs in real dollars were likely one third of what they are now. the added cost is due to regulatory requirements.

its the same for health care.

cant i buy an inusrance policy that does not pay for massages and transvestites and anti retroviral drugs: NO i cant
