Yes Wadi...you have the absolute right at this point and I will be the first to say...here's my nose! lol

as much as this was a shock to me, I accept it and look forward to HOLDING my shares regardless of what happens now UNTIL the 10-K is release to make a better informed decision.

That 10-K is our missing piece of the puzzle right now.

Can't wait to get my eyes on it.
