"Also, if 900 mil is whats left after the 1 for 100 RS". as i said, the reduction to 900 million has not been 8k'd, therefore not "official". the RS has not taken place yet, so in essence, according to the SEC the reduction to 900 million is not "official" even tho SOS shows it. for the PR's purposes, you can assume the AS to be 2.75 billion right now because of the lack of the 8k.
