That wasn't my point at all. If this were the only time a sleazoid had turned up in connection with Megas, it would be meaningless. Thing is, sleazoids have been turning up in connection with Megas for nearly ten years. I'd call that a problem.

No idea. But if I had a company and were, as you say, "not on top of US market conditions", then I'd ask for advice. Who suggested Legacy to Megas? And why, apart from the fact that it was in Oklahoma City? Why OK City anyway? It's the back of beyond. Only because Megas intended to sue people there?
