I am in no way familier with buy outs and laws... But I have listend to Jared's conference and it sounded like he was trying to drive the price up for the buy out... but is it legal to try and drive the price up before a buy out?(considering WOW can excercise an option to buy at the average share price) And if WOW disagreed with this, could of the courts gagged Jared to release any information in any way... I just wonder why there has been no press releases in awile...
