Maybe there was some sort of deal being discussed for SNP to buy ERHC when they bought ADX (thus the need for NSAI) but EO did not like the numbers (either the NSAI or the offer or both) and nixed the ERHC sale. Who knows?

I could come up with a number of possibilities that are nothing more than WAG's but the reality is that, as of today, ERHC is still ERHC and we are drilling.

Would be nice to know the background of the top level discussions regarding the JDZ but that will never be made public. Would make for an interesting read.
