Agreed that it will take some time to complete financials. My guess is 2 to 3 months if there are no snags. One good thing is that the ball is still rolling. They wouldn't be going through all this trouble if they didn't believe the merger will work. This is a lotto ticket now. Hang on and IF(Big IF I know) they get this merger finished without more dilution it's going to be a long steady climb to pennies. IMO of coarse.
