Hi Gang,

Interesting to see so many at their key boards on this holiday. All awaiting the start of trading on Tuesday, I assume.

Let's look at the present situation and see what possible outcomes may be forth coming.

We know the NSS is buried. Their average now is around .10. they are still in there attempting to crush the company. Every morning they attack early, but now they are running out of funds for a consistent, coordinated attack and by mid day they back off. They are deep, they have a short position of at lease 1.5 billion. We know the float is gone, absolutely gone. There are large entities buying air shares, they know it. By the end of the day we are positive.

We are under the scrutiny of very large hedge funds, funds and institutional buyers that are coming in at the daily bottom an buying large amounts of stock. These people are so well capitalized that when the day of reckoning comes the NSS will look like fish in a bowl.

What happens to the NSS will depend in a large part on how SM reacts when they come on their knees. He had already told them once to "go to hell". I know from many conversations with him that he still feels the same way. He understands they have spent hundreds of millions attempting to crush the company. One short recently came and asked for 300 million at .03. You can imagine what he told them. He has said they must go to the open market to cover. If they attempt to do that, where will they get the shares? There very survival depends on whether they can shake investors enough to give up the shares. There are a lot of very solid longs that can't be shaken. Those have over 2 billion shars at this time.

The NSS will be forced to come into the market place and try to obtain legitimate shares from investors like you. When they can't find any more then the fun starts. The price will escalate upwards until some reconciliation occurs. What that will be we don't know yet. But they will pay dearly.

With the escalating sales and revenues, combined with an outstanding product development and marketing division we know the company will continue to post record sales and revenues.

I would advise all longs to remain strong and if you can add to your position, I don't believe we will remain at these prices for much longer. The month of September should be sweet.
