good post of sorts....

one thing is for sure...in every stock board there are going to be posters who just cant seem to find one negative and keep posting like they no the plan of the company and how its all gonna work out....BUT the second one finds out different, the board will ignite in mayhem....

at this point even though the DD looks to be pointing in the direction of buyback/retirement of shares...one cant be sure till solid proof hits the presses.

this is why IMO the share price has held steady after the annoucment of the late filing. In most other cases, that late filing would have set off heavy selling....and share price carnage...

So, bottom line i think what you are seeing here is that NOBODY knows whats going to happen....
