No offense, but you should read through SEC filing requirements, rules, guidelines, etc...there is even a tutorial on EDGAR, although I am not sure what it consists of.

I only mention this to help you understand filings in general.

The reason SPNG filed 5 days after the 10Q was due is because that is when they had to without being labeled SPNG-E, a late filing status.

They have 15 days for the 10K. When will they file? I have no idea, but know that they have until Sept 15 to do so.
