ponder this board.....

Vanity & Spongtech togehter, kind of....

investment into get fugu...why would a sponge company feel they need this technology???? I could understand if you wanted to find lets say a Starbucks in a city you have not been to before, but a Sponge, naw.....

Here is what im begining to think..from a little DD...

Either Spongetech just wants to capitalize from an investment...OR.....maybe, just maybe an all around merger...get fugu seems to have a decent share structure....
I just cant imagine Spongetech wanting to be a client of this service....something else is up...

I ran accross this theory on the net while doing some research...

any one care to comment....
