People who abuse the SPNG may experience many of the same signs and symptoms as people who are dependent on SPNG. A dependence on SPNG also creates a tolerance to the sponge and the inability to control your spongeoholism
If you've ever wondered if your a spongeoholic, ask yourself these questions:
Do you need to see information on SPNG as soon as you get up?
Do you feel guilty about your SPNG investment?
Do you think you need to cut back on your SPNG investments?
Do you spend more time with the SPNG thoughts than you do your family?
Do you invest in SPNG while your alone or in secret?
Being unable to limit the amount of SPNG shares you take in.
Are you annoyed when other people comment on or criticize your SPNG investments?
Not remembering conversations or commitments, sometimes referred to as "sponge out".
Making a ritual of having SPNG thoughts before, with or after dinner and becoming annoyed when this ritual is disturbed or questioned.
Irritability when your usual SPNG time nears, especially if the SPNG isn't available after the market closes.
Keeping SPNG products in unlikely places at home, at work or in the car.
Gulping SPNG shares, ordering doubles, becoming spongecated intentionally to feel good or to feel "normal".
Building a tolerance to SPNG so that you need an increasing number of shares to feel SPNG's effects.
If you answered yes to two or more questions, it's likely that you have a problem with SPNG and that you are probably a spongeoholic . Even one yes answer may indicate a dependence problem with SPNG.
