I am looking for a 6-7 day cycle low at NDX 1392 +/- 6 pts ideally on Monday, but as late as Tuesday morning, and notice that we have already hit the upper range of that target.

After the 6-7 day low is in place, there ought to be at least a bounce lasting a few days, and then ideally we should turn back down into the next 10-week cycle low ideally due mid-to-late October (no price target yet). But I am going to wait for a clear signal that the bounce out of the 6-7 day low is over.
