Perhaps next time you could tell me something I ( & every single person on this board )"doesn't" know already. This applies to all 3 of your responses to my post.
By the way, it is 'hardly inconsequential' (as you assert) questioning what role the PRESIDENT & CHAIRMAN of the BOARD of SYNJ plays in this firm. As a point in-fact; many people are quite capable of 'multi-tasking' and I'm sure that Solomon is one of them. If they just needed some ambulance-chaser to fill out paperwork for them , whey wouldn't have made him Prez. & Chairman as payment for those services (at least I hope not---only a fool would do that).
Too bad my 'ignore' tab is malfunctioning...could have used it here.
