0.5 is reasonable with 60 restaurants at around 500k each. This will take some time but is worth the wait IMO and risk based upon what I know. Restaurant in the top 10 in their current area, owner politically connected, they sell frozen pizzas in grocery stores, Italian image, Canada and US markets.
