HOLY BEGESSUS !! Nice find ! ..... WOW---imagine that for some coat-tails to be tied to. The hair on the back of my neck is standing up. WOW.......O.K.; trying to catch my breath here. Back to reality for a second..........WOW !!

O.K. ; got that off my chest (for the moment)---I have a question in need of an answer: In regards to the share structure , we (INCL) currently show 2.5BB for an A/S---the "new" EnviroTek Nevada SOS filing shows (what I think amounts to) 500MM for the A/S. If this is correct , wouldn't that necessitate a 5:1 R/S as part of this re-structuring ? If this should be the case , I can live w/ that (a whole lot better than those 100:1's)....would just like to have some idea of what to expect here.

BEHL (now on-topic) has a 750MM A/S (630 O/S & 348MM float) , much larger than ours if we do a 5:1 ---- and look what happened to them. If all this is consummated as planned , we be some rich people here.
