BEEF JERKY...ON TOPIC..!!!!
I should have been a cowboy or a gold miner...I can live on beef jerky but can't afford to buy very much...don't have a dehydrator and I am afraid to make it in the oven. The humidity is way too high to dry it in the sun and wind...BB//BB
