There also seems to be a period like a couple of months after the date that I am unsure could be used for drilling? It could be an extension due to the economy, might not be an extension, maybe a whole new license? who knows. I think they have spent enough and shown that they were ready to move into the drilling stage to retain the "good standing" license agreement.
