People who buy larger 250k blocks know what they are doing to pick up on the pull back to support. I thought that we would see this towards the end of today. Anything coming in like this is in anticipation of something positive shortly.

My small 25k block got triggered off from the low in there before those larger blocks came in.

The rights have had a number of months to be sorted with some recent adjustments to make it happen. Probably just the stamp of approval now as others have mentioned.
