the amazing thing is that it is paid for by insurance.
the reason health insurance is so high is taht all sorts of things are passed by state and federal law to mandate that such and such must be paid for.

all innocuous.

but my health plan pays for massages, acupuncture, chiropracters, physical rehabilitation from sports injuries and all sorts fo things liek faith healing, aromatherapy and transvestites, and hiv. I can not buy a plan that doesnt cover these things.

hiv now costs the usa about 30,000 times 2 million or 60 billion dollars a year.

In 2005, NRTIs as a class had the highest payment market share. These drugs alone accounted for US$ 787.9 million in Medicaid spending (50.8 percent of spending on antiretrovirals).

so what does obama do? blame the greedy companies who make a percentage of profits
