I think the negative effects of the "note" have worked themselves out. With any, even slightly positive news, this stock should be able to move forward.
That said, since it is Friday, I highly doubt anyone at the company or otherwise will or should, put any effort into moving stock today.....be it with "buy" ratings or PRs.
So........I am waiting until next week to see how this one continues to play out.
