BO, THERE IS ONE ODD THING

There is one very odd timing coincidence that I find compelling. JEFF has been on the ask for months, hammering us down with a seemingly endless supply of shares. I find it very, very odd timing-wise that he leaves the ask the day before our ucad dividend. There's no way to know why this is (I'm sure Roger knows), but it certainly lends credence to the theory that perhaps someone had ownership of a significant block of shares and were either forced or voluntarily agreed to sell those shares. Perhaps indeed Urban had done a financing earlier that needed to be exited with a share conversion that Roger coordinated and had sold into the market. Now who was buying up these shares? Other shorts to cover? Retail buyers to hold? The company to retire? Pretty good question (that is, if in fact that is what has happened).

If in fact, this is what happened, it is possible that a large part of the short position is covered. It's also possible that the short position was so huge that there still exists a large short position albeit a bit smaller thanks to JEFF's shares. If the latter, that would be consistent with current trading. That is, other MMs would still have an incentive to keep this price capped through the dividend period in order to help them cover. Now that JEFF is not there selling them shares to cover, they need to count on retail investors to sell so they can cover. Again, assuming this is what is happening.

I have to say in all my years of penny stocks, I've never seen anything like what JEFF has been doing for the past few months. So I really can't say that I have a complete understanding of what is happening. But the theory that someone was forced or agreed to unload a large block of shares for a specific reason would certainly fit as a valid theory.

And again, I find the timing uncanny. JEFF's behavior stops the day before dividends begin. Will look forward to anyone else's thoughts that bring some kind of clarity to this. Is it possible that Urban entered into a convertible financing agreement years ago that had to be unwound? Is it possible that Roger helped negotiated a conversion and then sale of those shares to unrestrict the company from the convertible and, at the same time, work this into a retirement or a path to help other shorts cover? All of this is possible yes. Only Roger and Urban (and maybe a few other players - possibly even the shorts) know about what might be happening on this level behind the scenes. I sure wish we knew. I guess we will know more in due time.

As always, these are my personal opinions.

Hopefully nobody in here is investing anything but "fun" money that they can afford to gamble with.
