teffy...this was in response to one of my posts. i suggested that the exchange for the new company, not buzz inc., may have been at more than one-for-one for sh. all assets were to go into this new company and be listed on the hk exchange. now that is not going to happen. the shares are to be given to sh and then hope that he gives you shares in the newest of the new companies. this will be a private company, so you will have no mechanism for selling your shares. your only hope is to get the divy that was promised, and that will not happen. so if you exchange, you will get one share of a worthless stock for each share of your almost worthless bztg share.
