You can claim lots of things ... but the fact of the matter is ... you have ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF of a merger into a TSX Shell.

TSX Shells have a finite life ... do a deal or be delisted.

IF they had one ... time is ticking.
IF they had one ... directors would have had to be disclosed.
IF they had one ... deal would have had to be disclosed.

So ... NO PROOF ... just more Fluffy Stories from Gene.

And Gene's fairy tales continue.
