Brazil/Argentina wheat deal coming?

In the WorldGrain.com article I just posted it stated that Argentina is the world's 2nd largest flour producer. It was rumored that much of NTRZ management was in South America last week. It may have been over the expansion of the Irgovel rice bran oil plant expansion, but when many of the top management goes for a meeting it is usually a new deal and not expansion of an old deal.
