I agree the price will move up rapidly if the O/S under 400M. but I don't think it will "force" a buy in. For some of these guys who shorted 1,000,000 shares at .03 - they simply won't have the money to buy in - they will wait until we have a real trigger event that causes a full accounting of shares - uplist, merger, divy, CUISP change.. The only way they get out is we go under or they sue for entrapment..

spongeboy: I would tend to agree with you but, when you consider xDrewx's #'s as to current float and O/S in 10k Subseq. Events Sec., then such #'s demonstrate that NSS are up a creek, that they will have to start covering. My reasoning is that the pps will go up after 10k to maybe $1 or so and that will quintuple pps with no downside, so that NSS will lose control completely of pps. And a forced buyin will begin out of financial necessity. Otherwise, more institutions will start to jump on spng at $1 and drive up pps further.

I don't know, maybe just my ignorance of the situation, including the I don't care attitude of NSS. Is this a stupid scenario?
